I acknowledge that by signing this document, I am releasing PUSH Skate Camp and the City of Asheville, their officials and staff, from liability. This release form has legal consequences. I have read it carefully before I signed it I acknowledge that I chose to participate at the Skatepark. I certify that the participant is in good enough physical condition to participate at the PUSH Skate Camp. In consideration of the opportunity to participate, I HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, HOLD HARMLESS, PROMISE NOT TO SUE, SHALL DEFEND AND INDEMNIFY PUSH Skate Camp, their officials and staff, from any and all rights and claims including claims arising from the negligence of released parties, which may be sustained directly or indirectly in connection with my participation at PUSH Skate Camp. The undersigned further acknowledge and agree that this release and indemnity shall be construed to be as board and inclusive as permitted by law and that, if any provision of portion of this release and indemnity is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the undersigned agrees that the remainder of this release and indemnity that remain in full force and effect. I HEARBY GIVE CONSENT to have my child filmed/photographed skating and participating in other PUSH Skate Camp activities if they themselves agree to be filmed/photographed for the PUSH Skate Camp’s documentations, promotion and social media purposes. I am participant or the parent or guardian of the participant (if participant is under 18 years of age.) I have observed and made inspection of the Food Lion Skatepark. The participant is fit for participation and I consent to their participation. I have read and understand the release and indemnification set forth above. In consideration of participation in PUSH Skate Camp, I consent and agree that the terms shall likewise bind me, my child, my heirs, legal representative and assignees. I hereby release, discharge and shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the release parties from every claim and any liability that I or my child may allege against released parties as direct or indirect result of injury to me or my child because of participation at the PUSH Skate Camp, whether caused by the negligence of the released parties or others.
